Code of Conduct for Business Partners

Our business partners are essential for LEONIs path to Integrity!

LEONI has committed itself through the LEONI Code of Conduct to comply with all legal regulations and above all to behave morally correctly. LEONI also expects its business partners to act with integrity and responsibility in the global supply chain. In the LEONI Code of Conduct for Business Partners, LEONI has defined the principles of conduct as well as respect for human rights and compliance with applicable environmental and labor standards that LEONI's business partners must follow.

In addition to the LEONI Code of Conduct and the UK Modern Slavery Act Statement these are based on legal regulations such as the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations for the Prevention of Human Rights Violations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz — LkSG) as well as internationally recognized standards such as the International Bill of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises as well as the ILO core labor standards and the principles of the UN Global Compact.

LEONI´s Code of Conduct for Business Partners defines the minimum requirements our business partners must observe and fulfill, as well as our clear expectations. We require our business partners to address these appropriately to their downstream partners in the business partner network as well.
